STANDING OVATION is an upcoming film in 2016. It follows the plot of a young sax player called Charlie, with real talent. However his family don't see it that way. He has an abusive father and the mother dosen't stick up for herself. 

 

When the father finds he's been out all night with a new orleans jazz band, he throws him out, and he is left with a wallet with about $30 in and his sax. He tries to use this money to audition for an orchestra that could give him the money to get his own place. However when he's turned down he sees no way out he heads towards Green bridge to jump off. The band he was out with had been passing by, and the conductor jumps out and helps him down, and takes him in. Can he help Charlie become the greatest jazz musician of all time? and can he do this without his family?
